For over 3 years I’ve been running my business, “Thompson Real Estate Media”, which provides professional photos, drone work, 3D tours, 2D floor plans, videos, twilights, virtual staging and extra editing services of real estate listings!

I had no previous business experience and hardly any experience using a professional camera before I started this up. I first got a glimpse into the demand for it when I was looking for my career path, and a friend who’s a realtor encouraged me to get into it. I invested time and money to learn this skillset and improve my products and (even with my lack of previous experience) within just two months of marketing myself I was profitable, 5 months in I was hitting over $10,000 a month and within 12 months I was a 6 figure real estate photographer. At this point I’ve done close to 1,000 projects, worked with 300+ realtors and become the number one real estate photographer in my city on Google.
