What's included in the course?
Included in this course are lessons designed to get you to a paying real estate photography job, and then how to grow your business from there. Not only will you learn how to create high end real estate photos (even if you have no experience with a camera), but how to get clients, organize and grow your business, provide REAL ESTATE VIDEOGRAPHY, 3D TOURS, become an FAA DRONE PILOT, along with offering other high in demand add-ons like 2D FLOOR PLANS, VIRTUAL STAGING, TWILIGHT WORK and more.
I've heard the real estate market has slowed down, is this still a good time to get into real estate photography?
There will be ups and downs with the real estate market so this is a valid question for real estate photographers. I've earned the business of enough realtors in my area that I've had work in the highest and lowest times in the market (as long as I've been in business). A lot of it comes down to good marketing, learning to be competitive with pricing and services, and client retention, which I teach you to do in this course. Keep in mind that in a slower real estate market, those realtors who do get listings order even bigger packages (including drone photos, a video, virtual staging, etc.) because they need to go above and beyond to get the home sold. In a fast paced market you might have more jobs, but maybe not as many people will feel the need to invest in extra add-ons because it's easier to sell a home, so things can even out financially for us photographers. On a different note - the skillset of knowing real estate photography coupled with knowing how to do drone work, professional videos, 2D floor plans & other skills I teach in this course are not only high in demand for real estate listings, but also for builders, private contractors, home renovators, construction projects and the list goes on. My student Kloe joined mid November 2022 (a VERY slow time with holidays and changes in the real estate market). She followed what I taught about marketing and was able to start shooting new builds for a building company in her area and virtually staging them.
